About
My Specialty:
As an author, speaker, and marketing specialist, I use the content of my leadership book to guide high school students to their right-fit colleges. My leadership stories inspire a successful stealth strategy that reduces stress and makes college admission easier.
My Story:
For over 20 years, I’ve been an advertising design and marketing specialist. While retired years ago, my first-born was in college. I got bad advice from talented financial planners, telling me that I did not qualify for financial aid. After funding $104,000 for my first son’s college education, I came out of retirement to help parents pay less for college. Now my principle focus is showing students how to use their own leadership ability as they plan for college.
My Credentials:
My book, Why You’re Already A Leader, makes me America’s only college admission specialist who’s also an expert on the #1 characteristic that all colleges want in an applicant: proof of leadership. This book proves that anyone - any student – is already a leader without having been a club officer or team captain while in high school. I influence each student on how to take ownership and exercise their inherent leadership ability in the college admissions process.
My book has been rewritten with less of an emphasis on leadership and more on the lessons that came from
the original book. The new title of the book is Gettysburg Lessons In The Digital Age. It will become
available Momorial Day weekend, 2013.
I am not an historian. I’m an author who saw a wide gap between what students read about history and what they can learn from it. That’s why I tackled this issue as a parent and wrote my book and produced my videos.
